Most women have an influencer in their lives. And most often it is one of the men in their lives – husband, father, brother, sometimes even her son. She relies heavily on their views and opinions. And through our interactions with the women on career break, we found that she needs a strong champion at home for her RESTART. Who better than their influencers!

Against this backdrop, indePenn is celebrating Valentine’s Day by the initiative “Gift a Career – Bring her Back”, where we invite the MEN, to take the pledge to support and register with indePenn, the special woman in HIS life (wife, sister, mother, friend) who is looking to get back to work.
